After your purchase, we recommend you to register your Mansaa Product online using www.mansaa.io/register within 30 days of your purchase date. Once registered, you are eligible for warranty claim process. if you have not registered your product within the 30 days of your purchase you are not eligible for the warranty claim.

WHO IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end user purchaser. The product must be registered on our website within 30 days of purchase and original or copy of a sales receipt from the original sales retailer is required as proof of purchase to seek warranty service.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
Mansaa warrants that Mansaa Smart Products (the “Product”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of mentioned warranty in table from the original purchase date (“Limited Warranty Period”).
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from: Normal wear and tear of Product use Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance Product that has been modified or altered. Any product that is not manufactured by MANSAA (including, without limitation, any non-MANSAA product that is used in connection with the Product) Product purchased from Non-Authorized retail outlets.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Warranty claims must be made directly to MANSAA. You can open the support ticket via our support portal www.mansaa.io/support for your warranty claim and include either the email used to register the product or the original or copy of sales receipt of the product and submit the necessary details or brief issue with your product. Our team will respond you back within 24 hours and provide the next steps via email support. You will be provided with an RMA and address to return the item to. Once we receive your returned Product, we will evaluate your claim (typically within 1-2 business days) to determine whether the returned Product does not conform to this limited warranty. If we determine that there is no trouble found with your returned Product or the returned Product is not eligible for warranty service, we will ship the Product back to you, at our expense. If we determines that there is a warranted defect in the Product, we will, at its option, remedy the defect as set forth below in this limited warranty. MANSAA is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to us. We recommend that you ship your returned products to us via a trackable shipment method and you are responsible for the shipping fees.
TO CLAIM MANSAA LIMITED WARRANTY

3. Fill in the required details detail of the issue. You must mention the date of purchase of your product and attach the copy of purchase.
